Breastfeeding workshops are offered online. We discuss initiating breastfeeding from the initial postpartum period to weaning and starting solids. I offer 2, two-hour breastfeeding workshops. In our first workshop we will discuss the basics of breastfeeding such as latch and positioning. In the second workshop, we will discuss advanced concepts and how to address breast complaints.

Lactation consults are 90-minute virtual visits over the computer that are offered during and after your pregnancy. The purpose of these visits are to support the normal course of feeding your baby. We will discuss your goals for feeding your baby, along with any needed lactation education and develop a feeding plan that will be comfortable for you and your baby. Lactation consults can be be purchased as a one-time visit or as a package to help you confidently feed your child as they move through different stages of development.

My hours of operation vary but usually are Monday through Friday from 10am-2pm EST. We will work together to come up with a time that works for you and your family.

At this time all of my services are offered virtually over the computer.  This allows you to access my services from the comfort of your home without the need to come into a physical office.
